Flowerpot fever is kicking in!
It’s not long to go now until the Settle and Appleby Flowerpot Festivals launch in their respective towns and we are delighted to be joining in the fun this year as part of our 150th Anniversary.
We have creations designed and built by our wonderful volunteers at almost all the stations along the line and they have been designed to represent people or things that are important and relevant to the site where they are placed.
We hope visitors might combine completing the Settle-Carlisle Railway Passport along with checking out the flowerpots – providing several great days out on the line for them.
